To access the battery, open the rear hatch and lift the floor panel, which is easily removable to reveal the battery compartment.

Once the floor panel is lifted, you’ll find the battery secured in a tray. Ensure the area around the battery is clear of obstructions or debris. The positive terminal is usually marked with a red cover or a plus sign, while the negative terminal is marked with a minus sign or a black cover. Familiarizing yourself with these markings is essential for correctly attaching jumper cables.

Safety Precautions
